I was in a severe accident last year in which the damage done exceeded my coverage. Now, a year later, the other insurance company is suing me. Now, the odd thing about this is, the accident was in NJ, I now live in PA, and they cannot seem to find me. They've called my old jobs in NJ looking for me, but haven't found me here in PA. I would say it is in good or fair condition, the leather seats are cracking badly and it has a few scrathes, etc. I'm just wandering if it is in my best interest to repair this car or for it to be totaled out. The estimate for repairs in $3500.00, which could always go up once repairs start for unseen damage. I'm just not sure the car is worth repairing for that amount considering its condition. Is this what we will expect with government run health insurance...?

I went to our government run motor company, GM, and told them I'm here to pick up my new truck. They said yes sir, and that will be $25,000. I said wait a second, I just paid billions of dollars to own my own car company, and it will still cost me $25,000 for a new truck? They said yes. So I went to Ford, and looked at a comparable truck, and it was $19,000. I asked, do I own this car company, they said nope, we are still owned by Ford. So, that has me wondering... I currently pay $665 a month for insurance for my family, and it's pretty good. What much is that going up once the government has to get paid too? Will it be $6,000 more a year? And why is it that I can't just pick up my Government Motors truck, I do own it right? Or, did Obama lie about the people owning the company? And since he lied about that, is it possible that he's lying about the cost and the public option? And finally... didn't he promise transparency in the negotiations, and it would all be on CSPAN? I keep looking for video of those negotiations, and can't find it anywhere. Is it possible that he Lied about that too? With all these lies, and can you possibly trust a thing this moron is telling you?

Car payments, insurance and registration fees?

I want to buy a car soon, but besides the car payment I was wondering how much it costs to register the car. Also I dont know if I have to register a car if Im buying a used car (itll be a newer year, but used). Im only 18 (female) and I just received my license a little while ago. Also how do I see how much insurance will cost me? Im on a budget because Im also attending college (graduated high school) and Im paying for everything myself. I do not have people to rely on for any financial aid. Though, I may ask for a car loan if I can get one. I live in the sate of Oregon (If laws vary in different states).
